Frequently Asked Questions

Are minors allowed to shows?

Due to the complicated nature of hosting all ages events, and the liability to our liquor license, all shows are 21 and over unless otherwise noted.
State issued ID is required of all guests, regardless of your age.

When do shows start?

This depends on the show, style of entertainment, number of opening acts, and what else is happening at the Museum Club.  Check your tickets or our website for that night’s start time. Most of the time, show doors open at 7pm.  Entertainment may begin at 8pm, 8:30pm, 9:00pm, or 9:30pm, depending on the acts.

Where can I get tickets to Museum Club shows?

Tickets can be purchased online at themuseumclub.com, (via Ticketfly), or in-person at The Museum Club Box Office at the front bar.  You may purchase tickets to any of our upcoming shows when our Box Office is open during normal business hours (11am to 2am).  And tickets remaining after pre-sales will be available at the door, when the show doors open (usually 7pm).  Please refer to our Venue page here on our website for more info.

Yes.  Check with the front bartender at The Museum Club, 7 days a week, from 11am – 2am, for assistance finding your lost item.  Please remember, we are not responsible for items lost or stolen at the Museum Club inside or outside.  If it is really valuable to you, it is probably safer at home.
